Welcome to Trinna Tambo Therapy

Hi, I'm Trinna, Holistic Counsellor, Family Constellation Facilitator, wife, mum, cook, and nature lover. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible when we look beyond the surface and into the deeper systems that shape our lives, in our families, relationships, and even our businesses.

I was introduced to Family Constellation Therapy over 18 years ago, and from the moment I experienced this powerful work, I knew I had found my calling. I went on to complete a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and Family Constellation Facilitation, and have since dedicated my life to supporting individuals, couples, families, and entrepreneurs to uncover the hidden dynamics that hold them back, and to reconnect with the strength of their lineage.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of what I love, what I am deeply skilled at, what the world needs, and what I am paid to do.

As one of Australia’s leading Family and Business Constellation facilitators, I bring a rare blend of trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, and systemic clarity to every session. My approach is relational, embodied, and deeply intuitive, creating a safe and sacred space for profound insight and transformation.

Since 2005, I’ve worked in some of Australia’s top health retreats, including on the Sunshine Coast, where I facilitated group constellation therapy. I also served as a facilitator and assistant trainer with the Systemic Constellation Academy, helping shape the next generation of constellation practitioners.

Currently, I offer private sessions at New Life Midwifery in Ipswich, QLD, specialising in working with mothers, couples, midwives, and families. I also travel across Australia to deliver in-person workshops, retreats, and festival experiences, including at the Women’s Wellness Festival and bespoke business constellation intensives.

Whether you're navigating personal challenges, relational patterns, or business blocks, I offer a grounded and heart-led space to explore a new way of being in the world.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is a unique integration of systemic, relational, trauma-informed counselling, somatic awareness, and intuitive practice. I work in a grounded, supportive, and heart-led way, meeting each client where they are with compassion and care.

At the core of my work is the intention to create a safe and sacred space where clients can reconnect with their innate wisdom, internal resources, and ancestral support systems. Together, we gently uncover and resolve hidden dynamics that may be impacting emotional, physical, or relational wellbeing. Through this process, we create room for healing, insight, and a renewed sense of self.

Family Constellation Therapy is central to my practice. It is a profound process of systemic reconnection and self-discovery, one that acknowledges what has been, honours those who came before, and invites us to take our rightful place in the flow of life. This work often creates a ripple effect of healing, not only for the individual, but for the entire family system.
